The Allied High Commission puts the Bavaria Filmkunst up for sale. The Federal Government feels deceived as only a short time before it had prepared a bill aimed to place the disentanglement of the Ufi assets into the federal hand. The Allied High Commission had already approved. The Federal Government threatens anyone interested in buying with claims to damages.
