Invoices to the Bavaria Film Group (list of companies, see below) shall be issued in single copy.

Within the invoices the respective order number and, if applicable, order item of the Bavaria Film Group shall be indicated.

If there is no written order from Bavaria Film Procurement, the following information shall be provided in the text block of the invoice:

• Buyer: Name and department of the Bavaria Film Group employee who initiated the delivery/service (please precede with "Buyer").
  
   
• Project number/cost center: Indication of project number or cost center - if not available, this must be requested from the customer before invoicing. (please write "project number" or "cost center" in front of the number).
  
   
• Contract no.: Our contract number, if available (please precede with "Contract no.")

The Bavaria Film Group can receive invoices electronically and process them automatically.

All invoices are to be sent electronically to the following e-mail address only:

The following conditions must be met:

 

1. The invoice is received electronically only, no parallel mailing. The PDF invoice represents the original invoice.
   
    
2. Only one invoice may be included as a PDF attachment per email.
   
    
3. Multi-page invoices must not be split into multiple PDF files.
   
    
4. Only unencrypted, non-password protected and legible invoices in PDF (.pdf) format will be accepted.
   
    
5. In order to ensure the integrity of the invoices required by § 14 of the Value Added Tax Act, the invoices must be sent directly from the issuer to the above-mentioned e-mail address. Forwarded e-mails cannot be processed and therefore the invoices cannot be paid.
   
    
6. Additional attachments to the invoice (such as proof of work, delivery bills, etc.) can be attached in the same PDF file. The invoice document must be placed first in the PDF file.
   
    
7. All invoice-relevant information must be included in the PDF invoice. Invoice-relevant information in the e-mail body ( = text of the e-mail ) is not permitted.
   
    
8. The size of the invoice email must not exceed 10.00 MB.
   
    
9. The file name must not contain special characters: (\ / : * ? " < > |).
